SERVICE STAFF – WAITERS & WAITRESSES

We are looking for new members to join our Service team (waiters, waitresses) to provide outstanding, high-quality and customer-centered service to guests at our beautiful Coco Casa by river.

In this role, you should be friendly, outgoing and personable. Basic knowledge and English skills are required as you are the “face” of our brand when taking food and beverage orders and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS
• Basic fluency in English; advanced and conversational English is preferred
• Experience working in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, bar, tour guide, etc) is required
• Passionate about delivering high-quality service and experience to our guests
• Friendly, outgoing and happy personality, enjoy interacting with guests
• Desire to work together as part of a team; everyone helps, everyone pitches in to make sure our guests have an outstanding experience every time
• Must be willing to follow directions of senior staff to ensure service standards and daily operational procedures are followed
• Excellent note taking skills to write down orders and ensure accuracy; ability to note and relay special requests about food and beverage orders
• Work rotating shift work is one of main requirement
• Giao tiếp tiếng Anh trôi chảy, nếu bạn có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh nâng cao và đàm thoại sẽ là ứng cử viên được ưu tiên
• Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành dich vụ ( nhà hàng, khách sạn, bar, hướng dẫn viên…) là một điểm cộng
• Đam mê cung cấp dịch vụ, trãi ngiệm cho khách hàng
• Thân thiện, hướng ngoại, vui vẻ và thích giao lưu với khách
• Mong muốn phối hợp tốt cùng các thành viên trong bộ phận, và các bộ phận khác, cùng giúp đỡ hổ trợ tham gia để đảm bảo khách hàng sẽ có trãi nghiệm tốt nhất
• Sẵn sàng làm theo chỉ đạo của cấp trên để đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ và quy trình vận hành hằng ngày
• Kỹ năng ghi chú, tiếp nhận và chuyển tiếp tốt các yêu cầu dịch vụ ăn uống từ khách hàng
• Có thể làm việc xoay ca là một trong những yêu cầu hàng đầu
